Sympathetic strings. 12 pegs numbered in 1 series; metal screw-tighteners at small end of all, with washers and leather pads. Deep ribs; neck & setup probably later. Neck heel much narrower than rib shoulders. Tourin and Pringle both think it’s German (from photos). Playable in early 1970s, not in 4/93.
