Cello corners but sloping shoulders; table and back overhang but back is flat (Lachmann says 1 piece, slab cut). Rosette. Striped fingerboard and tailpiece (3 dark, 2 light). Lachmann gives GG tuning, but when seen was tuned in D. Tourin dimensions 128.3, 80.3, 31.1/-/43.5, 10.3, - (converted from Lachmann’s inches), “violone”; UCLA museum dimensions 77.7, 35.9, 25.6, 44.1, 12.3, 73.9; Christie’s: length of back 77.5, “ascribed” to Alletsee; Vázquez website dimensions 78.8. 38.1/-/45.7, 12.7,-.
