Comments:
Double purfling on table (unclear how many pieces) and on light sections of 7-piece striped back (LDLDLDL); ribs of strongly burled wood with boxes of thick dark stripes. Rosette; diagonal ends to FB and TP; latter (only) has white perimeter inlay line. Neck sharply angled back, with tall bridge; tailgut. Repaired by H. Düren, Bonn, 1824. Museum’s measurements evidently only to nearest half cm. Display label calls it probably English, 1H18C); Cizek 2008, p. 57 likewise, but photo credit (p. 240) says “Mitteleuropa”.
