Lower corners very squared-off; upper bout has one dimple each side. Fancy perimeter inlay (perhaps m.o.p?); rosette. Worm damage. Very similar in appearance to two viols by Auguste Tolbecque (Niort 989.1.1 and 001.2.1), so perhaps this one is also by him.
