2-piece table with single purfling; 2-piece back with inlay on center joint but none around perimeter. No crossbars; wooden lining of back center joint, but table joint and back fold have linen. Head and pegbox integral with neck (fruitwood); no frets. Visible wear marks on treble side of fingerboard. Tourin’s dimensions: 31.7, 14.8/11.0/18.8, 7.2, 30.0 Label said to be illustrated in Paul de Wit, Geigenzettel alter Meister vom 16. bis zur Mitte des 19. Jhs.
