Roosen 2001 adds: bent-front construction; table purfling missing on lower bass bout. Central part of neck may be original; 2 nails through top block; small original bottom block. Crossbar at fold, wooden lining to back joint; linen linings to back perimeter and rib corners, parchment to table joints and some cracks. Bass bar not original; no frets. Tailpiece kept from cello conversion, with extra holes added. Much in need of restoration.
