Pegbox not original; male head with moustache and crown of laurels is. Website: bassetto; 2-piece table and back, double purfling; 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side. Tourin: “Probably not Guarnerius ... Has a rather Dutch-looking pegbox, not original.” Torres: neck adapted for 4 strings; carved male head has big moustache.
