Hammerich: cello conversion, but retaining original 6-string pegbox; rosette; Strad label is false, but much suggests instrument could be by him. Tourin: 2-piece table and back, no purfling on either. High arching, rosette, C-holes crudely carved. Pegbox and head nicely carved in Tielke style; neck graft.
