Striped back and ribs; double purfling. 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side. Original pegs, “tres bel état”. Auction catalogue gave date as 1762, museum says 1763. Possibly the same as Jacquot 1900, no. 95 (which he calls a quinton, but his Fig. 6 proves is a pardessus), then owned by him.
