Moens: label (placed beneath treble soundhole) nearly identical to 1433, but instruments very different (outline, F-holes, purfling [double on table, single on back], interior fittings, presence of overhanging edges), also better qualtiy craftsmanship. Neck and pegbox, inlaid fingerboard and tailpiece don’t belong to body. Baines 1966: double bass.
