Comments:
Rosette with 12 petals, similar to Jaye and Smith. When found, in 1957, had 7 strings; restored to original 6 in 1977 by S. Skrowroneck’s brother, Reinhard Ossenbrunner, who prepared an “Instrumentenpass” with description and dimensions. 2-piece table with 2 wings and double purfling, back with central strip of plum (3-5 mm wide) and no purfling. CD cover photo shows it, held by player, from head to lower corners.
