Striped back and ribs; double purfling; 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side. Neck probably original: no grafts, flat profile. Currently unfretted; string spacing narrow at nut, though neck still (nearly) full width—perhaps very slightly narrowed on treble side. Darker varnish than ASAI’s 1751 Guersan, which is slightly larger throughout and has different pegbox decoration.
