Measurements taken on the back; upper width taken at corners (not necessarily maximum). Sympathetic strings. Back of 11 staves, all same color wood. Black-and-white edging on table. Black fingerboard and tailpiece, relief carving on sides of pegbox (probably also on back). Museum database printout says only “Europe, 1700-1799”.
