“Small tenor viol”; body dimensions are of (one-piece) back; length includes button; tail gut. Bearded male head possibly meant to depict Tieffenbrucker. Repair label “dificada per Jose Alonso Peno de 17—” (handwritten). Perhaps a viola d’amore without sympathetic strings.
