“A Bohemian viola d’amore converted into a treble viol”. Restorer’s label: Conrad Nägeli, Constanz 1814. Pegbox later: 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side. Shown with octave fret, just past neck heel, i.e. long neck. Length of back 39.3 cm.
