Snoeck: pardessus (also “violetta piccola”), converted to violin by Nezot, a French 18th-C luthier. Back with double purfling, plus ornaments; “Brescian school”. Sachs: Diskantviola, zur Violine umgearbeitet; traces of gilding on lion’s head. Probably originally had 5 strings. Lost since World War II.
