TGM visit 9/09
[By TGM; FB+S, head front, neck heel from above (color)]
Seen very hastily at shop of Guy Coquoz, Paris. Upper eyes of C-holes are very narrow; back is flat but with hardly any fold; varnish cracking on both. Neck heel tapers toward back, leaving “shelves” on both sides. Pegbox has open back (3 windows); large male head has luxuriant full beard; fingerboard and tailpiece have diagonal ends nearest to bridge (treble sides closer).
