Striped back (and presumably ribs); 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side. Sides of pegbox have unusual pattern of diagonal lines enclosing single dark dots. Phillips: “Quinton attributed to Louis Guersan in Paris, circa 1750”; dark stripes of rosewood, light of maple; double purfling on table, dimensions 34.5 (including button), 16.0/ - /20.0, 5.5, -.
