Iadone 1989, p. 18 (front 7/8); [by TGM: FB+S, head F+S]

Iadone 1989 (Holborne & Brade)

Very possibily converted from a viola d’amore: ribs have central dark stripe 4.3 cm high, surrounded by lighter and narrower stripes each 0.8 cm. Back and ribs are bird’s-eye maple. Head may be old but not original to instrument: graft to pegbox. Neck is short: 7th fret needs anchor around neck foot.
