Arched back with single purfling and recurve; table with double purfling and some recurve. Neck broken off, otherwise intact. Pegbox has “roller-coaster” front edges, back surface with one point; no carving, just perimeter lines. 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side; tailgut. Website: “quinton de viole”; formerly pardessus; repaired by Baucheron in Paris, 1936. (Nicolas Chappuy active 1733-81.)
